{Royal Style} Kate Middleton steals the show in bold winter florals

It was the Duchess Kate that stole the show from husband the Duke and Prince Harry during a Heads Together Campaign, the trio’s royal foundation charity for mental health public projects.

As always, Kate was impeccably dressed, but no snooze fest here. She wore a bold and vibrant winter floral print from Erdem, one of her favorite go-to designers. She complemented the dress with her Tod’s burgundy pumps that she’d worn on the Canada royal tour last year, as well as one of her favorite Mulberry clutches, also burgundy.

The Look ~ Dress: Erdem  // Shoes: Tod’s // Bag: Mulberry

Kate looks fantastic in this dress. The colors of the flowers pop against the dress, and dark blues and blacks look fantastic on her porcelain skin. I’m not a major fan of these shoes with the dress – I think a pointed toe pump would have read much better. The dress is so fresh and modern while still maintaining propriety…I just think the shoes ended up saying schoolmarm with this look. Easily overlooked though, because the dress really does look gorgeous on her.
