While out and about in NYC, model Gigi Hadid showed off the metallic trend with a fantastic foil treated crop sweater and silver combat style heeled boots. Ok, so the mom jeans aren’t really my favorite here, and her hair and makeup look a little severe, but the rest of the look is a definite yes.
It’s a film festival known for dressing down – warm and comfy in the snowy town. The stars usually hit the slopes between film events, and red carpets often see jeans and parkas. But Olivia Culpo proves that still doesn’t mean you don’t have to roll in your style game.
She’s one of my favorite style girls, and Olivia Palermo was at a lot of the big runway shows in Paris – of course wearing some the latest looks from the designers. From her killer Fay military coat with velvet details (that she wore twice and I probably wouldn’t have been able to take off), to the Elie Saab fringe fur vest, to no kidding, Nike. And it’s all here….
The day is here whether we’re ready for it or not, and perhaps one of the most enjoyable parts of today will be watching the fashion of the First Ladies. While Michelle Obama has always edged toward modern and often athletic cuts, Melania is opting for a 60’s monochrome silhouette to set the tone for her time as FLOTUS.
Selena Gomez has been known for some great street style looks, but this has to be one of her best…at least most playful looks. I dare you to look at the little arms on that T-Rex and not smile.
It was the Duchess Kate that stole the show from husband the Duke and Prince Harry during a Heads Together Campaign, the trio’s royal foundation charity for mental health public projects.
Bella Hadid fused vintage and futuristic with her latest street style look, wearing a black and white letterman jacket over sleek textured leather pants and blue/silver mirrored sliver-thin cat eye sunglasses. She finished off the look with a pair of western style ankle boots with a silver toe outsole. For a simple look, I like the details going on here, and I’m kind of in love with that jacket!

Attending the Williams Sonoma & Kate Spade New York Debut Tabletop Collaboration, Olivia Palermo was all afeather, wearing that fantastic Kate Spade feather blazer. (Olivia Culpo wore the same one last year at the CFDA Fashion Awards.)
This week, we had a few style oh no’s with celebs walking out of their houses with apparently not looking in their mirrors. Some of these celebs have better track records than this…but oh girl. These are some fails.
Stripes are one of the major trends in 2017, and OP shows us that flowy maxis can still be rocked through the cold weather with some stylish boots and a long coat to block the chill. The classic camel coat is not only the perfect neutral, but it also complements this particular color scheme in her skirt pretty well. She completed the look with a round tassel-lined box bag.
