MFW: Prada’s 1960’s Perfect Pastel Caricatures

Prada‘s F/W 2015 RTW collection evoked images of the idyllic 1960’s woman – an impossible caricature of pastel perfection. The looks were polished, sweet and oddly, immediately made me think of the ladies of Edward Scissorhands as well as the fabulous personal idol, Jackie Onassis.

The collection had a few missteps – like using those awful baby vomit browns and greens. Just no, Prada.

But the rest of the collection was precious, perfect and pastel!
